The Communications Standing Committee is responsible for authoring material related to:

a) The Canadian League magazine
b) Media:

  • for evangelization
  • to promote the League
  • evaluation and promotion of good content
  • newsletters and bulletins

c) Media Relations
d) Anti-Pornography

Patricia Clizia

Patricia and her husband Paolo have been married for 31 years, were high school sweethearts, and have been fortunate to raise their two children Andrea (28 yrs) and Natalie (26 yrs) in their hometown of Sudbury.

Patricia has been a member of the League for 10 years while serving on the executive of Our Lady of Hope Council.  She values the relationships she enjoys with fellow sisters in the League, and considers the call to service a blessing in her life.

She was the convention chairperson for the 92nd annual diocesan convention, led publicity for the 95th annual Diocesan Convention and has served as Sudbury Regional Chairperson.  Actively involved in parish ministry, she has supported sacramental preparation for new candidates, led Confirmation preparation, participated in ARISE group sessions and currently serves in music and Eucharistic ministries.   

Patricia enjoys a fulfilling career that has spanned more than 30 years in the field of retail, human resources, volunteer management, business operations, community engagement and fundraising.
