She also served several years on Parish Council and helped with various annual Bazaar committees as well as co-convening the Bazaar. Retirement allowed time to be more deeply involved and this and has included chairing the knitting table for the annual bazaar for over 10 years, volunteering on a Parish funeral luncheon team, now as captain. Executive positions have included Resolutions and Legislation, Recording Secretary, Membership and Organization, then President (3 years) and Past President. She received the Maple Leaf Service Pin in June 2015. At the Regional level, she served as Secretary/Treasurer, Secretary and is now looking forward to her new role as North Bay Regional Chairperson.
